Tony Angelino a.k.a. "The Singing Dustman" was a minor character in who appeared in the Only Fools and Horse seventh series episode "Stage Fright".. He was a singer at the Down By The Riverside Club, but somehow had trouble with his "R"s and called Rodney Trotter, "Wodney". Tony was played by Philip Pope.

He Who Dares
According to Del's 2015 autobiography He Who Dares, Tony continued singing at the Down By The Riverside Club until he was forced into retirement due to a serious case of fake suntan poisoning.
Tony now lives in a maisonette in Gandhi Avenue between the Nigerian greengrocers and the Kosovan kebab house.
